ONLINE LEAD GENERATION TOOL FOR B-TO-B DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGNS

The Bazzirk Advertising and Marketing company in Austin, Texas has relied on the Majec team to support many programs developed for their clients. To better manage and support their client services, Bazzirk has used Majec's programming expertise for their proprietary PWRline™ lead management system and the PWRtrax™ sales process tracking tool.

PWRLineTo track the effectiveness of direct mail-based programs, Majec Systems helped to create data capture pages to gather customer responses from the direct mail campaigns launched on behalf of Bazzirk's clients. The links from campaign emails back to a forms-based, database driven website provide the landing spots where the email recipients can enter information about themselves. This information helps to tailor the marketing messages and program deliverables.

The sales tracking application presents the gathered campaign information in a series of reports. This report content is specified and easily customizable by the Bazzirk client. The reports generated by this application are also formatted and made downloadable as Excel spreadsheets in order to provide a way to perform detailed analysis on the collected information.

The two applications were built as web browser-based Microsoft Active Server web pages connected with SQL Server databases with access and security based on the .Net framework. The Majec Systems team continues to maintains the applications and populates the seed data using Microsoft SQL Server DTS services.
